Our Team
Dr. Harbison
is board certified in Endocrinology. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at St Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and her Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and worked in a large group practice prior to founding Advanced Endocrinology and Diabetes Clinic.
Dr. Harbison
believes that the patient physician relationship is a partnership focused on the long-term health and well being.
Dr Harbison
is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Reshma Markan
is double board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and Internal medicine.
She completed her Residency in Internal medicine and Fellowship in Endocrinology at Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Her clinical interest includes treating patients with Type 1 and 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes, Thyroid disease, Polycystic ovarian syndrome, Male Hypogonadism , Parathyroid Disorder, Pituitary and Bone disease. She is very passionate about weight loss.
Dr. Markan
believes that the foundation of the doctor-patient relationship is based on trust and mutual respect. She believes in listening to her patients and communicating with them and the few extra minutes it takes to truly understand a patient’s difficulty in managing the illness is large part of treating the entire patient.
