Your log in will be the email where you received the telemedicine appointment 

information and you can use the password selected.  If you do not remember your 

password, please press forgot password to set up a new one. 

Please make sure to check your system, wifi, microphone and camera prior to your 

appointment. 

■You can access your telemedicine appointment using your computer or 

your smart phone. 

Your appointment on the Healow app or on the patient portal will show 

with a video camera picture on the right side, if you do not have it, 

please call us before the appointment.  

■Tidepool Information  

With Tidepool you can see data from your insulin pump, continuous 

glucose monitor (CGM), and blood glucose meter, all in one place. 

You can send the data to your doctor to facilitate the information 

and help create a plan. You can also track things like your meals, 

exercise, and daily events, and learn from what happens.
